BE OPEN will host an exhibition in Cyprus to celebrate the emerging artists of the Eastern Mediterranean

BE OPEN Art is setting up an art exhibition in Nicosia, Cyprus, dedicated to celebrating the emerging artists of the Eastern Mediterranean will take place at the Centre of Visual Arts and Research (CVAR) and display the artworks selected by the public and BE OPEN community experts in the course of BE OPEN Regional Art competition, as well as a selection of visuals by young Cypriot artists.

BE OPEN Art launches the second stage of the regional competition to support emerging artists of the Caribbean

BE OPEN Art is running a new competition for emerging artists, aimed to support those whose art best represents their regional, cultural and ethnic identities. The second stage of BE OPEN Regional Art started to cover the countries of the Caribbean region over April – June 2023: Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, etc.

BE OPEN launches ‘Better Energy by Design’: international competition for young creatives focused on the United Nations’ SDG#7

Better Energy by Design is an international competition held by BE OPEN and partners. It is open to all students, graduates and young professionals who specialise in the fields of art, design, architecture and media globally. The competition aims to encourage creation of innovative solutions by younger creatives, for the more prosperous and sustainable future, and the focus of the competition is the United Nations’ SDG7: Affordable and Clean Energy.

BE OPEN is launching its next global open call across social media. The new open call #BEOPENCleanEnergy is dedicated to promoting the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, and in particular focuses on SDG7, calling to “ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all”.
