Aakriti Kumar

Aakriti is a Product Designer, having done BFA from Parsons The New School for Design, NY, she got interested in creating sustainable solutions to problems. In february of 2014 she initiated ‘Differniture‘ a furniture design Atelier creating unusual forms of sculptural design with a functional value. Aakriti’s first collection inspired by Layers found in nature effortlessly translated into pieces of furniture derived from reclaimed wood and plywood used in an assortment of innovative ways.
