Natalie McQueen

My whole life I have adored drawing, painting and messing around in artsy programs on the computer. In high school, I had an instructor tell me I would never be successful as an artist and I should focus more on a digital/technological based career if I ever wanted to eat again. Of course, I found this to be extremely discouraging, as drawing and painting were what I liked and knew I could do. When I’m not busy creating, my top essentials in life are Daphne (my cat), music, singing, dancing like a fool, and having absurdly witty conversations with friends. I want to be surrounded by genuine, unique people who make me think and smile. As I continue my journey through this amazingly interesting life, I have found it’s important to recognize your talent, skill, and passion and not let anything get in the way of what makes you truly happy.
