I’m A KOMBO is a conceptual food bureau from Denmark, a collaboration between Lass Askov and Bo Lindegaard who are Danish chefs specialising in food design, private dining and exclusive dining experiences. KOMBO refers to a combination of skill and a limitless imagination that turn traditional dining on its head.
Lasse has previously worked at the Danish tapas-institution ‘Extra’, where he took responsibility for the kitchen at a very young age. Later he was awarded a Michelin-star during three years in charge of the kitchen at ‘Kokkeriet’. Bo’s career took a different path. After his apprenticeship, he went his own way to become one of the people behind ‘Madeleines Madteater’.
